We are seeking an E-commerce Co-ordinator to grow our e-commerce activity, working with us to scope the potential, generate income and expand our customer base. This role is a one year contract, as part of our Digital Transformation Programme.
As part of this, you will optimise user experience to drive income across the shop, fundraising and ticketing. Making use of the data, you will work with the Head of Retail to inform buying decisions and support the creation of new products in the lead up to our 10th Anniversary. Within the year, you will work with us to improve the user experience online, and review our EPOS system to explore scope for more efficient models of working across the organisation. As part of the Communications team, you will plan and implement relevant marketing activity to drive income, integrating this within the wider communications strategy.
