The Tricycle Theatre is located on the busy and vibrant Kilburn High Road. It currently comprises a 232-seat theatre, a 300 seat-cinema and 3 further workshop spaces. Since becoming Artistic Director, Indhu Rubasingham has increased its audience by 20% and successfully transferred Red Velvet, Handbagged and The Father to the West End and Red Velvet to New York. The Tricycle has won an Olivier Award for Outstanding Achievement, two Critics’ Circle Theatre Awards and a London Evening Standard Theatre Award.
We are creating a new development post to help secure funding from trusts and foundations to help realise both the Tricycle’s core programme of activities and the final stages of its capital project. This post will work closely with the Head of Development to meet the Tricycle’s trust revenue fundraising target and steward existing capital and revenue donors. It will largely focus on small to mid-scale applications, offering support with larger applications and being responsible for the day-to-day management of trust relationships, including meeting reporting deadlines.
