Are you dynamic and collaborative, a person whose first response is “yes we can”? We are looking for someone with drive, ambition and vision to manage and direct The Town Hall in Hebden Bridge and support the trustees in their collective leadership of Hebden Bridge Community Association.
You’ll be skilled in helping people work together and as happy supporting our business tenants as you are working with voluntary groups. You’ll be able to balance the local benefit of a youth theatre group with the commercial revenue that we take from events and wedding receptions. For us, attitude is as important as track record. We don’t just want a building manager, we want someone who can develop our role as one of the many heartbeats of our community.
This role is a huge opportunity for the right candidate to build on our solid foundations, and to work in a vibrant and exciting place.
If you would like to apply for this vacancy please send us your CV with a covering letter describing how your skills and experience match the job description and person spec. Please note the covering letter must be a maximum of 3 pages of A4 in size 11 font.
The job description and person spec can be found on our website.
Closing date: Noon, Friday 11th December
Interview date: Thursday 17th December.
Successful candidates will be informed on Monday 14th December that they have a place at the assessment centre.
Please call Amy Harbour on 01422 417300 if you’d like an informal chat about the role.
