Archived: Ticketing and Sales Manager

Dewynters, the leading arts and entertainment marketing and advertising agency, is looking for an experienced and talented professional to join their busy team of Ticketing and Sales Marketing experts. Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing, this client-facing role requires an individual with significant experience of live entertainment sales and ticketing.

Main Responsibilities

  • Compilation and distribution of established daily, weekly and annual sales reports – including sales forecasting – to set deadlines
  • Ensuring absolute accuracy across all internal and external sales reporting
  • Delivery of ad hoc reporting requests as required
  • Identification and delivery of new reports and sales analysis in response to new trends/booking patterns/productions
  • Set up and monitoring of promotion and offer rates
  • Management of in-house historical sales figures database
  • Ensuring that all sales information and data reporting is stored appropriately and securely
  • Compilation and presentation of key analysis from SOLT annual data report
  • Working collaboratively with the Account Management team to ensure optimum ticket sales

Person Specification – you will:

  • Possess a strong and proven track record of working within live entertainment ticketing
  • Have an understanding of ticketing systems in use in West End/UK venues
  • Possess excellent numeracy skills, together with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Have outstanding Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Be an excellent communicator with the credibility to develop senior level relationships, and the ability to have your expert opinion carry weight
  • Keep up-to-date with developments in ticketing technology and other advances within the ticketing sector
  • Be a team player, with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Be flexible and able to work on your own initiative to set deadlines
  • Have the ability to work under pressure in a busy and constantly changing environment, whilst delivering a highly professional service

Salary dependent on experience
