Leading the Marketing Team (Marketing Officer and Assistant) and managing a freelance press representative, the Marketing Manager takes an active role in the day-to-day delivery of activity as well as contributing to the strategic development of the business, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success of The Watermill Theatre. The Marketing Manager will be joining the organisation at an exciting time, as the theatre anchors its vision and values, reviewing and redeveloping its brand, identity and online presence. Creative and collaborative, the successful candidate will bring solid experience of the full marketing mix and the ability to target limited resources to make maximum impact. They will be highly organised and communicative and they will have the drive to instigate positive change.
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 p/a depending on experience.
