CORO is the award-winning record label of Harry Christophers and his celebrated ensemble, The Sixteen. Ground-breaking when it was formed in 2001, CORO was one of the first independent artist-owned classical labels and, over the last 19 years, has cultivated an acclaimed catalogue of over 170 titles.
The Sixteen Productions Ltd (CORO) is seeking a Label Administrator to work closely with CORO’s General Manager and The Sixteen Ltd’s management team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic person with a genuine interest in classical music.
Job and Skills required:
The post of Label Administrator is a diverse and wide-ranging role which involves sales and marketing, website management, creation and planning of social media campaigns, concert attendance and general office duties. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of social media and digital marketing and excellent IT, organisational and communication skills. They will be conscientious and show careful attention to detail as well as being able to use their initiative and imagination.
We are looking for an energetic and engaging individual who shows flair and creativity and will develop the role with new ideas.
The role involves travelling to concerts in the UK given by The Sixteen in order to sell CDs and so a full and clean driving licence is essential. A hire car will be provided for travel to concerts.
A knowledge of Adobe software (In Design, Photoshop and Premiere Pro for example) would be desirable but is not essential.
Also desirable would be a knowledge of Data capture and management, Search Engine Optimisation and Google Analytics.
Salary offered: £20,000 – £24,000 dependent on experience
Location: Currently Oxford, moving in the summer of 2020 within central Oxford or to Witney.
