Archived: Photographic Coordinator – Part Time

The National Gallery is looking for a Photographic Coordinator to help coordinate, catalogue and distribute the work of the Photography and Imaging Department.

You will manage the Gallery’s analogue and digital photographic assets and be responsible for organising the work of the in-house photographers to ensure deadlines are met and the highest quality images are available for use internally, online and for reproduction and licensing worldwide.

Applicants must be well organised with excellent administration, IT and communication skills, a flexible approach, able to work under pressure and be a good team player. You will have experience of cataloguing photographic collections with consistency and attention to detail in all aspects of work and an ability to adapt and learn new systems and processes.
