We are now looking for an experienced Individual Giving Officer to support our individual giving fundraising activity across key income streams including patrons, legacy and major giving programmes.

As Individual Giving Officer, you will be involved in fundraising activity in line with our major giving, patrons, and legacy priorities. This will include building and developing relationships with donors and prospects as well as liaising with external suppliers to provide high quality value for money experiences for supporters. You will be heavily involved in the organisation, administration and delivery of fundraising, cultivation and stewardship events. You will help out by providing departmental support and donation administration too. You will also support the development and implementation of our Fundraising Strategy.

For this role you must have extensive administrative experience and have worked in a fundraising team for a charity or arts organisation. You will have good GCSE grades in Maths and English (Grade A-C) or equivalent and be familiar with using CRM systems and other databases. You will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills as well as an eye for detail. Important too, will be the ability to learn new systems quickly and work well as part of a collaborative team. Experience of using specialist fundraising/membership software and planning and delivering events would be an advantage.
