Communications Media Officer

The Church of England Birmingham is seeking a Media Officer to join its Communications Team who has strong core professional communications skills they will apply to the CofEB communications strategy. Meeting CofEB communication needs through tactical use of long-term social media management, a connected relationship with the CofEB Website and internal communication platforms and through maintained relationships with identified local and national Press.

Contract & Hours: This is part time permanent role of 21 hours through Monday to Friday. Some weekend and evening working as required by the activities of the CofEB and significant National or Global events

Salary: £16,800 per annum (based on full-time salary of £28,000)

Responsible To: Director of Communications
