Stratford Circus Arts Centre is looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and an Executive Director who will work closely together to lead the organisation.
Stratford Circus Arts Centre is a vibrant community venue where art is created and experienced through exceptional theatre, dance, music, circus, outdoor events and visual arts. It is a place where audiences feel welcome, that local communities are proud of and where great cultural encounters happen. We commission and present work for families, young people and adults. We support national, international and east London artists to create new work that is relevant to local people, connecting artists and audiences.
The CEO will be an inspirational leader with an ambitious artistic vision and proven business acumen.
As the Senior leadership team, they will develop and implement future strategy to maximise Stratford Circus’s impact and to build on its reputation as a key cultural organisation locally and nationally.
They will ensure that Stratford Circus continues to occupy and grow its leadership role for creative education in east London alongside its national role as a co-founder of the Future Arts Centres partnership of arts centres. Stratford Circus is a destination venue for local families and residents, a safe and accessible community-centred venue at a time of great transformation in east London.
