We are looking for an experienced CRM professional to join the Marketing team to enhance our understanding and potential of our audiences. Using data analysis and modelling techniques you and your team will ensure the delivery of Southbank Centre’s customer communications are precisely targeted to be as effective as possible in yielding engagement, loyalty and return on investment.
Reporting to and working with the Head of Audience Engagement, the CRM and Data Insight Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic development of email strategy; developing innovative ways of working that meet internal and external customer needs; and contributing to the coordinated use of data and best practice CRM within the Marketing team.
In this role, you will also be linking data analytics to quantitative results and as part of this role have the potential to commission and oversee research projects.
Highly organised, with excellent communication skills and experience of supervising a small team, the ideal candidate will have significant experience using a CRM system or database within a marketing environment for both analysis and communications purposes. You will have outstanding IT skills, ideally including sophisticated use of Excel and confident SQL (or equivalent) skills; proven, up-to-date knowledge of trends in direct marketing (both online and offline); and have demonstrable experience in improving marketing campaign performance.

Salary: £33,000 per annum
