With outstanding leadership skills and sound senior-level marketing experience, this is your opportunity to take your career – and your professional profile – to another level. Joining this world-famous organisation, your challenge is to create the marketing, sales and audience development strategies that will drive our exciting plans for the future.
Leading campaigns from initial brief through to post-delivery review, you’ll ensure that we engage and inspire audiences across a range of areas including RSC performances in the UK and overseas, education and events & exhibition activities. In addition, this wide-ranging role will see you manage budgets and develop our use of content management and social media. There will also be the chance to work closely with the Director of Communications and Head of Press to create and deliver a corporate communications and brand strategy.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills are a must, coupled with a strong track record of delivering effective marketing strategies. A good understanding of new media and audience development is essential too, plus the proven ability to manage external agencies. As important as all of that though, you should bring a real interest in live arts and entertainment.
