We are looking for a talented Order Picker and Packer to join our team.
The Royal Academy of Dance is a global leader in dance education and teaching, driving excellence in the development of dance world-wide. RAD Enterprises Ltd is a multi-faceted company with a dynamic retail outlet at the RAD’s premises in Battersea, London, and an established online and mail order business.
This opportunity comes at an exciting time as we celebrate our centenary year in 2020 with new product lines to support the RAD activities, and a move to a new, purpose built Headquarters in 2021.
You will be responsible for processing and packing customer orders received globally, and supporting web and sales staff to ensure customer service levels are consistently high.
Joining us you will have:
- Mail/web order processing experience, ideally gained in a retail or warehouse environment;
- Proven experience of undertaking high volume picking and packing;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills;
- High level organisation and prioritisation skills, and the ability to work to deadlines;
- A strong customer focus and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Please note that this role will require lifting and moving boxes with appropriate apparatus. Full training will be provided.
Flexibility with regard to working hours is required as the role includes the need to work occasional evenings and weekends as per the needs of the business. With the establishment of the new Headquarters, there may be the possibility for additional hours, up to full time.
