An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Filmed Exams Officer to join our dynamic Exams team at the Royal Academy of Dance Headquarters

The Royal Academy of Dance is one of the world’s most influential dance education and training organisations. With its newly-opened global headquarters in London, our work takes us into diverse communities, locally and around the world to widen access to dance and to share the benefits and wellbeing that it brings. As a recognised awarding organisation, we offer a range of examinations and awards to approximately 250,000 candidates each year.

Reporting to the Exams Systems Manager you will be the point of contact for video assessments and liaise with teachers, examiners and RAD offices around the world.

As Filmed Exams Officer you will be highly organised, efficient and detail-orientated. You will have proven experience of working in an administrative role within an office environment (ideally in an examinations or awarding context), as well as excellent IT skills, with experience of Parnassus, ideally, or another similar database, problem solving skills and with all round first class communication skills in English.

With a real commitment to top quality customer service, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with enquires from internal and external contacts. Excellent organisational skills, together with the talent to multi-task, prioritise, remain calm under pressure, and see tasks through to completion whilst demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail will be needed.
