£19,000 to £22,000 per annum dependent on experience

Fixed term, 12 months | Full time | Monday to Friday (34.5 hours per week)

Great opportunity for an Examinations Results Administrator working at our new state-of-the-art HQ.

The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) is a global leader in dance education and training. Our mission is to inspire the world to dance. With a brand new purpose-built global headquarters in Wandsworth / Battersea, London, the RAD has a presence in 85 countries and 36 offices around the world. Established in 1920, the RAD was granted a Royal Charter in 1935. The RAD is a registered charity, a higher education establishment and an awarding body.

We are looking for an Examinations Results Administrator to join our busy exams team, reporting to the Examinations Supervisory Officer. You will provide support to the results team with administration and data entry, particularly the processing of examination results, and the distribution of certificates and medals.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, efficient and detail-orientated. You will have experience of working in an administrative role within an office environment (ideally in an examinations or awarding context), as well as excellent IT skills, with experience of working with Microsoft software and other databases. You will have problem solving and strong English language skills.

With a real commitment to top quality customer service, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with enquires from internal and external contacts. Excellent organisational skills, together with the talent to multi-task, prioritise, remain calm under pressure, and see tasks through to completion whilst demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail will be needed.

We are passionate about providing a positive workplace culture. While time in our accessible London (Wandsworth / Battersea) office will be required, we operate a hybrid model of in-person and remote working. Staff discounts on dance and fitness classes and wellbeing resources, plus events and volunteering opportunities enhance the RAD experience.

In return, we offer 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, contributory pension scheme, access to the Perkbox discounts platform – including an Employee Assistance Programme, WeCare scheme, Bupa cash plan, life assurance, season ticket loan and cycle to work scheme. We also have a range of lunchtime activities including book club, dance, Pilates and a craft club.

Please note that appointment to this post will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service.

We particularly encourage and welcome applications from people with a disability, people from minority ethnic backgrounds, and people from the LGBTQIA2S+ community.

Please let us know if you have any access needs for the interview.
