Archived: Examinations Business Compliance Manager

Permanent | Full-time | Monday – Friday (34.5 hours per week)

£30,000 – £34,000 per annum 

We are looking for an exceptional Business Compliance Manager to join our Examinations team!

The Royal Academy of Dance is a dynamic organisation dedicated to advancing standards of dance education – teaching, promoting and investing in the development of dance worldwide. As a recognised awarding organisation, we offer a range of examinations and awards to just under a quarter of a million candidates each year.

Working closing with the Director of Examinations and the Examinations management team, you will lead and shape the Examinations Board’s core business and compliance function, both in the UK and worldwide.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with significant experience and knowledge of working with regulatory bodies, financial management, IT systems and other core business functions, particularly if they also have an interest in the arts or education.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to lead and support colleagues and to form effective internal and external relationships at all levels. Outstanding organisational skills, together with the talent to plan, multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines whilst staying calm under pressure, are essential.
