Archived: Database and Research Lead Officer

£30,000 to £32,000 per annum dependent on experience

1 year Fixed-term Contract | Full time | Monday to Friday (34.5 hours per week)

Hybrid working: On-site at our RAD Headquarters located at 188 York Road, London SW11 3JZ, with up to 2 days per week remote working

This important new role has been created to underpin the work of our Development team as we move from a highly successful Capital Campaign to a phase of on-going fundraising from a wider range of channels. As the lead on database management, research and insight, the focus will be on developing and maintaining the Raiser’s Edge NXT database recently acquired for the department. The role reconciles key pledges and Gift Aid as well as leading on key metrics and GDPR compliance and supporting across the department, on events, communications and donor support more widely.

You will have proven experience as a prospect researcher in a professional fundraising capacity and a high level of competency in maintaining a variety of systems including the Prospect section of the Raiser’s Edge NXT CRM System and Microsoft Office. With excellent data management and analysis skills, you will also have demonstrable experience of producing high quality research reports and advanced knowledge of data protection legislation and implementation within Raiser’s Edge NXT.
