The Role:

We are looking for Youth Workers to work within our Youth Work Team and provide support to young people, both within our creative studios as well as on our youth focussed creative projects. You will be responsible for supporting and encouraging a diverse range of young people (in particular those with multiple and complex needs) aged 11-25 to engage in creative opportunities at the Roundhouse and assist with pastoral support.

About you:

We welcome applications from people with an experience of working alongside young people and are passionate about creating a positive environment for young people to be creative. We encourage people who can bring their own experiences and ideas to the table.

The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check, or be willing to undertake one.

Weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 24 – 32 hours per week
Salary: £15,600 – £20,800 per annum
