The Role:
This is an incredibly exciting time as we prepare to open Roundhouse Works in June 2023, our amazing new building will include a shared workspace, a podcast studio and a variety of rehearsal spaces to support young people to turn their creativity into a career. The workspace will offer membership to 18-30 year old entrepreneurs and freelancers in the creative industries for a place to work, learn and network from.
The Workspace Coordinator role will assist with the operations of the workspace and the coordination of its members, ensuring there is a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment. This role will report into the Workspace Manager and help manage the Front of House, support member events and encourage member collaboration.
About you:
To be considered for this role, you must have Workspace experience and/or coordinating varied programmes for young people aged between 18-30 and delivering these to time and within budget. Excellent communication, administration and independent working skills are essential as is a commitment to developing young creatives.

The successful candidate will be required to have a current and acceptable DBS check due to the nature of the role.
Number of Roles: 3 (1 x 24 hours and 2 x 16 hours)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 16-24 hours per week. This post will require being flexible in days/hours worked throughout the week and involves evenings and weekend. Example of shifts include: Weekdays 1.30pm – 9.30pm & Weekends 9.30pm – 5.30pm
Salary: £10,400 – £15,600 per annum (pro rata of £26,000 per annum)
