The Role:
The Senior Creative Programme Manager role will ensure the delivery of high quality creative programmes for young people aged 11 – 25yrs. This role will work strategically to create opportunities and progression pathways across Roundhouse’s broad offer for young people and wider Artistic Programme. We are excited to be opening a new creative centre for young people during the Summer, and this role will take a strategic lead in ensuring that young people are effectively engaged and fully integrated across all areas of programme delivery, maximising internal / external opportunities through collaboration and wide ranging partnerships. We are looking for someone to ensure that robust learning outcomes are delivered, evaluated and used to inform our future initiatives, and develop tangible progression pathways for diverse young people to access high quality creative opportunities and progress to meaningful employment within the creative industries.

Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £38,000 per annum
