About the Roundhouse:
The Roundhouse is a hub of inspiration where artists and emerging talent create extraordinary work and where young people can grow creatively as individuals. We believe in the power of creativity to change lives. By giving young people the chance to engage with the arts through our music, media and performance projects, we inspire them to reach further, dream bigger, and achieve more.
The Senior Creative Programme Manager role will ensure the delivery of high quality creative programmes for young people aged 11 – 25yrs. This role will work strategically to create opportunities and progression pathways across Roundhouse’s broad offer for young people and wider Artistic Programme. We are excited to be opening a new creative centre for young people during the Summer, and this role will take a strategic lead in ensuring that young people are effectively engaged and fully integrated across all areas of programme delivery, maximising internal / external opportunities through collaboration and wide ranging partnerships. We are looking for someone to ensure that robust learning outcomes are delivered, evaluated and used to inform our future initiatives, and develop tangible progression pathways for diverse young people to access high quality creative opportunities and progress to meaningful employment within the creative industries.
We welcome applications from people who feel they can bring their own skills, experiences and ideas to the table and empower those around them to do the same. We encourage those currently underrepresented across the cultural sector and all intersections of our diverse society to apply.
