The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Events Manager & Planner to support the management, planning, delivery and execution of the Roundhouse Commercial Events Hire Programme. The post will act as a central point of contact for event clients and production teams, and manage up to 30 events per year following contract to live event.
The Commercial Events Team manage a range of private hire events throughout the year, from high end large production Fashion shows to large charity fundraising Galas. We have been lucky enough to work with a range of clients including Apple, ASOS and Universal Music for up to 1500 guests.
The role demands a varied approach and means no two days in the role are the same. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service with record breaking statistics regarding our repeat business.
About you:
We’ll expect you to have at least 3 years’ professional experience in event management, ideally within an entertainment venue or within the commercial events sector, as well as a good working knowledge of the live events industry. But possibly even more important will be your attention to detail, fantastic communication and time management skills, and your calm and creative approach to solving problems. A good understanding of reviewing RAMS and managing room booking systems is also desirable.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum
