Archived: Development Coordinator – Capital Campaign

Hours of work: Full-time (fixed term contract until January 2019)

Salary: £23-26k per annum (depending on experience and skills)

Responsible to: Head of Development

Relationships:  Development and Communications Director, Head of Marketing and Communication, Prospect Research Manager, Digital and Communication Officer, Database and Gifts Officer and ORNC catering partner

The Old Royal Naval College (ORNC) in Greenwich is in the middle of a major capital campaign to raise funds for the most unique and largest on-site conservation in Europe in 2017, the Painted Hall Project. This is a major donor campaign to raise a substantial target. This new role supports the capital campaign.

The Development Coordinator is core to the small and busy Development department, and will gain experience and knowledge in capital fundraising. They will have responsibility for the administration of the ORNC fundraising activity (capital campaign and regular giving), providing essential support to the Development Team.

You will be joining our organisation at an exciting moment in its history as we embark on a transformational project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic self-starter to help shape the development of a high performance team. This is a full time post offered on a fixed term contract until January 2019, available immediately.
