The Museum is seeking a talented individual with a strong track record of creating insightful data analysis reports in a fundraising context, providing robust data management, and ensuring efficient business processes within fundraising teams. The Development Operations and Information Manager will be central to the effective functioning of the entire Development team.
Reporting to the Head of Development Operations, and working closely with the Museum’s Finance department, the post holder will be responsible for the department’s fundraising database and financial processing and reporting. Developing and providing key data analysis and reports, the post holder will make information management decisions that will underpin the success of the entire development team.
With extensive experience in data and financial management, you are skilled at improving performance through strong financial planning, and the implementation of systems and processes that deliver results. Your strong analytical and communications skills allow you to evaluate, interpret and relay complex and fast moving management information to senior stakeholders. You are highly computer literate and familiar with large customer/membership systems, ideally Raiser’s Edge.
