The National Theatre are looking for an individual with a thorough knowledge and understanding of ticketing and revenue management systems to join our Box Office team on a twelve month fixed term contract as Ticketing Manager.
Working alongside the Operations and Systems Managers, the Ticketing Manager will ensure that the right resources are in place to support a dynamic sales and service environment, optimising available systems and data, providing a first class experience for customers in respect of ticket sales, membership and other services offered by Box Office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that sales are kept to an optimum level and that inventory is allocated in an appropriate and effective manner across all sales platforms – website, contact centre, front-of-house ticket desks and ticket agents. They will work closely with the Marketing team on reporting, analysing and reacting to sales trends, and supervise all aspects of customer interaction surrounding ticket services and activity.
