Archived: Senior Audience Insight Officer

The National Theatre is looking for a Senior Audience Insight Officer (12 months FTC with possible extension).

Working within the NT’s newly formed Data Studio team, this role will explore the customer data that we collect from our databases, and the anonymous data from our surveys. This role will analyse the full range of data about the audiences for all of our work, and generate actionable insights which will help make the NT’s work more accessible than ever before. In addition, it will input into business decisions, through rigorous examination of sales data, as the NT moves towards being more data-led. The role requires working with all of the key departments within the NT which generate and use data.
