South London Youth Orchestra Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Part Time – 21 hours per week

Salary: £26,000 per annum pro rata – actual salary £15,600 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the South London Youth Orchestra as an administrator to aid and work closely with the Director to ensure the smooth running. This position would be a key point of contact for all enquiries and must demonstrate a professional and friendly manner to students, parents, guests and staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, financial responsibilities, administration, to assist with PR, to undergo first aid training and to supervise and lead a team. We are seeking someone who has the relevant experience as an office administrator or similar role, with great organisational skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, is professional, kind and discreet with confidentialities.
