Are you a dynamic Head of Marketing who wants to make a vital contribution to the music sector? 

Permanent position – c £50-55k depending on experience

This is a great opportunity for a commercial and creative Head of Marketing, with a passion for outperforming targets and generating income, to join the ISM and play a full role at senior management team level. You will be leading a results-focused marketing team at the ISM, the high profile professional association for musicians. The ISM is known for delivering high quality services to its 7600 members covering everything from career advice, to conferences, lobbying and award-winning professional development.

You will shape the marketing strategy and ensure its successful implementation, making a critical contribution to building on the extraordinary success the ISM has enjoyed in recent years. Our members lie at the heart of the ISM and your significant marketing expertise will continue to increase our professional membership through stand-out marketing campaigns, and a thorough understanding of our members’ needs to ensure we continue to achieve exceptional retention figures.

You will have significant experience in developing customer, member or subscriber relationships to increase loyalty and income through a variety of marketing channels, including digital. A confident communicator with a high degree of professionalism, commitment and drive to succeed, you will thrive on going the extra mile and working in a fast paced environment where the ability to multitask is vital.

You will be joining a professional staff team based in Bayswater, London where the emphasis is on good communication and team work.
