We’re looking for an exceptional artist and ambitious, inspirational and visionary leader to join our senior management team as Co-Artistic Director. They will work alongside the Good Chance team to expand the ground-breaking work of the company, initiate and lead new projects, and help shape the organisation’s vision and mission in the coming years.
This role comes at an incredibly exciting time for the company; this year we celebrate our fifth birthday and we are looking towards the future. At this time of global upheaval, we see an unprecedented opportunity to rethink, redesign, and reimagine, to connect with new audiences and build new communities, and make a bold argument for the importance of theatre and art in all aspects of our society. We believe passionately in shared space, and that it remains fundamental in shaping the world we want to live in.
As a company which has from its inception created pioneering work with artists from refugee and migrant backgrounds around the world, we are particularly interested in applicants with lived or close experience of migration.
For more information on the role and how to apply please visit the website.
The deadline for applications is 5pm on Wednesday 30 September 2020.
We are committed to widening access and promoting Equality and Diversity among our staff. We are particularly interested in hearing from people who are under-represented in the arts sector due to their socio-economic status, ethnic background or disability and from people with lived experience of migration, because we would like to increase the representation of these groups at this level at Good Chance. var ClickMeter_pixel_url = ‘//pixel.watch/v4vs’;
