gentle / radical

gentle/radical are an arts organisation based in Riverside, Cardiff, working with artists, community workers, healing justice practitioners and others, within and alongside the neighbourhood on our doorstep.

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team to help us shape and build the next stage of our development as an organisation.

This is a six-month part-time post, with a view to establishing a permanent contract beyond this time.

We are interested in hearing from people working within the arts sector, as well as those who may have developed skills and experience within the charity, voluntary or public sector.

We strongly encourage applications from people who are under-represented in the cultural sector, to include people from global majority backgrounds, from lower socio-economic backgrounds, people who are disabled, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, as well as those with lived experience across the intersections of these identities. We also very much welcome applications from people who are Welsh speakers or learners, as well as speakers of other languages spoken in our neighbourhood of Riverside, in Cardiff.
