Internationally acclaimed theatre company, Frantic Assembly, is looking for a new Executive Director to work alongside Founder and Artistic Director, Scott Graham.
With him you will help Frantic Assembly make a difference to UK theatre by increasing access in areas of low engagement, making theatre more diverse and in engaging and inspiring young people in the arts. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities, for developing and delivering business plans, and for ensuring that the company is organisationally and financially resilient. You will also lead on strategic communications to establish Frantic Assembly as industry leaders on the world stage.
The company’s values of authenticity, collaboration and empowerment are highly visible in their unique brand of theatre. In your role as joint Chief Executive, you will ensure that those values are equally evident in the strategic development of the company and in the way its activities are delivered.
“Frantic Assembly holds a unique position in the arts ecology and I believe our accessibility and passion to inspire and nurture is needed now more than ever” (Scott Graham).
Frantic Assembly believe theatre is for all and promote diversity and access across all its activities. The company is committed to equality of opportunity and encourage applications from individuals currently underrepresented in the arts.
