Marketing & Communications Manager (Full Time)

Innovative drama school Fourth Monkey Actor Training Company is recruiting a Marketing & Communications Manager to join its dynamic team, based at their North London centre.

A key member of Fourth Monkey’s core senior management team, the post holder will drive and deliver the strategic and campaign needs of Fourth Monkey, helping to meet student recruitment, audience development and financial targets, to build Fourth Monkey’s brand, and to secure its local, national and international reputation as an innovative provider of actor training and arts education.

This role would suit a confident individual with an innovative approach to marketing and communication who is looking to work within a collaborative and dynamic working environment as part of a small team.

The successful candidate will have a track-record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and compelling digital and print content, and have the skills to manage websites, e-marketing and social media accounts. You will also be able to apply analytical skills to campaign planning and have an ability to balance working independently and collaboratively and enjoy creative thinking and the challenge of working inside a fast-moving environment.

It’s an exciting time to be joining the Fourth Monkey team; since marking our 10-year anniversary in 2020 whereby our two-year training course was successfully accredited as our BA (Hons) Acting Accelerated Degree, we have subsequently added the recently accredited CertHE Acting & Theatre Making and MA Collaborative Theatre to our training provision. We also offer free school and community workshops throughout the UK and a programme of workshops and courses for professional actors and those new to acting to explore a wide range of creative practices, skills and disciplines.

As part of our significant growth, and as we move further into our second decade as a pioneering drama school, arts organisation and registered charity, we are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team and support us on our ongoing journey.
