The retail operation of the Design Museum is a fully integrated part of the museum experience, translating the museum’s aim of ‘inspiring design’ into a retail reality.
The E-commerce Project Manager has responsibility for developing and implementing the e-commerce strategy in preparation for the move to Design Museum Kensington. Leading and owning site functionality and usability, while working cross functionally to deliver commercial targets, the role will build foundations for ongoing business growth, excellent customer service and continuously deliver an exceptional online retail experience.
