Cultural Co-operation is a small London-based arts and heritage charity with a respected record of uniting people and cultures over the past 25 years. Our activities include a successful programme funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund which provides work-based training opportunities in leading arts & heritage institutions for people from backgrounds that are significantly under-represented in the workforce. We are now in the third phase of this programme which runs until 2017.
We are seeking a Chief Executive who can build on Cultural Co-operation’s legacy and current programmes and develop a new strategy that will allow us to achieve impact through work that is relevant and attractive to key funders. You will be working closely with the board of trustees, providing leadership to a small group of enthusiastic and professional staff and developing collaborations with other organisations that share our goals.
This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished professional who can provide leadership to the organisation, develop new ways of working and secure the resources to deliver them. Given the nature of the organisation and its work applications from BAME candidates are particularly welcome.
