Cheltenham Festivals is a leading cultural organisation with around 36 days of festivals of Literature, Jazz, Music and Science and a growing national reputation.
The Director of Marketing and Communications leads the development of the Marketing Strategy for the organisation, the web strategy, data collection and analysis and the Box Office operation. This involves the development of marketing plans for all Festivals and Education programmes as well as Corporate communications, internal communications and the development and management of our brand.
You will have excellent writing skills, ability to influence people and an extensive knowledge of new and traditional channel management and marketing programmes. You will have a successful track-record of leading a team, experience of growing audiences and excellent customer service.
