An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Development Manager to join the Development team at Bristol Music Trust. The Development team are responsible for raising money to support Colston Hall, the South West’s largest concert hall, and driving forward its £45million capital transformation campaign, as well as the educational aims of Bristol Plays Music, the music hub for the city.
Working with the Head of Development, the Development Manager will proactively lead a range of funding streams including corporate sponsorship and renewals, events and individual giving (including Colston Hall patron and membership schemes), as well as supporting the delivery of the Capital Fundraising Strategy and activity.
The successful candidate will have the passion and influencing ability to create and develop strong relationships with funders. You will have an excellent track record of fundraising, ideally within an arts environment, with capital experience being desirable. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to gain experience with a leading arts organisation at a pivotal time in its history.
