Bristol Beacon

Production Manager

Full-Time, 37 Hours, £40,000 – 45,000 per annum

We are currently managing our major capital transformation of Bristol Beacon to create a world-class concert hall for the region and have been part of Bristol’s cultural heritage for 150 years. Our vision is to unite people through the joy of live music, and we achieve this through a diverse programme of inspirational musical experiences.

Our Production Manager will lead our new Production Office, who will share our passion for delivering exceptional events. Our Production Office will take our Artistic, Creative and Commercial teams vision and deliver those requirements. You will have experience of delivering the highest standards in event production and logistics and have a strong understanding of the team collaboration and organisation required to make events happen seamlessly.

As we move towards reopening in autumn 2023 our Production Manager will get to know our new and existing spaces and teams ahead of our reopening programme and will be able to shape their team ahead of returning to a full programme of large and small scale events

You will have previous experience in a similar sized venue, a love of collaborating with people and the ability to engage and inspire your team and work in a flexible and dynamic way. In return we can offer you an exciting role within a venue that works with some of the very best artists and connects with Bristol on a community and commercial level giving us a prominent profile within the city we love.

We are committed to diversity, and we welcome applications from all sections of the community, We particularly encourage applications from disabled and ethnically diverse backgrounds as these groups are currently underrepresented within the arts and culture sectors.
