Our Box Office team provide our ticketing and Box Office services for our range of shows and events, they ensure customer happiness through the efficient and welcoming Box Office service provided to all customers and visitors to our spaces.
In the role of Box Office Coordinator, you will support the development and promotion of Bristol Beacon’s Box Office through essential support to our Box Office Managers. You will have previous experience of a supervisory Box Office role and knowledge and experience of using and developing Box Office ticketing systems. You will be comfortable organising your own and others’ activities and be able to demonstrate high standards of customer service and care and motivate and model these standards to the rest of the team. You will have experience of working closely with internal teams such as programme and marketing, external promoter relationships and the have the ability to maximise income from tickets and other sales and deliver a professional and efficient booking service for Bristol Beacon.
This role will meet the requirements of our busy music venue and will work to a roster over evenings and weekends.
