Battersea Arts Centre welcomes over 160,000 people to its building each year for a rich and ambitious programme of theatre, comedy, music and events. This is an exciting time to join the organisation as we build our Communications Team ahead of the re-opening of our 650-seat (900 standing) Grand Hall in 2018.
We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual to work part time as our E-Commerce Manager, to maximise our online presence, reach our audiences effectively and efficiently, and improve our customers’ online experience.
Working collaboratively as part of a dynamic Communications Team, you will take ownership of driving income through online channels, improving the customer journey and our conversion rates.
You will have a passion for e-commerce, website development and digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving online sales to hit ambitious targets. You will be up to date with current technology and have ideas for trying new marketing tactics to reach and convert our audience.
