Our Martini Bar is looking to bring in an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to lead a team of cocktail bartenders during service, to assist in the set up and delivery of public events, and to support the Bars Management team in the day-to-day operation of the Barbican Bars Group.

The ideal candidate will have strong previous cocktail and mixology experience, as well as having a high level of customer service and sales experience. You will be confident in leading a team, teaching cocktails, and running service in a busy environment.

You will be able to cope well with pressure and show a strong ability to solve problems. You will be flexible in your approach to work and be able to learn new skills quickly.

This role works on a rota basis of 35 hours per week over 7 days, including evening and weekend work.
