Back of House Manager

Job Type: Permanent, full time
Salary: £31,740 – £35,540 per annum, inclusive of Inner London Weighting

We are looking for an experienced Back of House Manager to support the commercial teams in running of the in-house bars and catering operation.

You will manage the BoH functions for 8 outlets over 4 different buildings. Duties will include, but are not limited to, managing all Barbican bar and food stock, cleaning and organising maintenance of Barbican catering equipment, maintaining and supervising the loading bay and waste management.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication, a good level of numeracy, have the ability to work unsupervised, and be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Please note that this is a physically demanding role.
