The AAM is seeking a Concerts Co-ordinator to ensure excellent support for the AAM’s busy performance schedule by providing high-quality administration and co-ordination within the concerts department and support in the efficient running of the AAM office as a whole.
The Concerts Co-ordinator works with the Head of Concerts & Planning to deliver the AAM’s performance activities including managing rehearsals and concerts at our concert series in Cambridge and London, and at engagements across the UK. Working with the General Manager, the Concerts Co-ordinator will take the lead on day-to-day administration of the AAM office, responsible, amongst other things, for the AAM record label administration and managing payments to all creditors.
There will be opportunities to attend training courses run by the Association of British Orchestras and others as appropriate.
